How to set up your Substack properly

This is so helpful but I can't access it with my phone. I have not found a way around that.
Can you put up something to help us that aren't using a PC? Thank you!
The substack app isn't very helpful and doesn't have the option to access the dashboard. What I do is just go to Google Chrome on my phone and access the substack website from there and then that'll allow you to do all the steps.
