Why Subscribe to Because You Write?

You’ve always wanted to be a writer but never have time?

Or don’t know where to start?

It can be overwhelming, right?

You’re in luck! That’s what this newsletter is all about. Getting you ten steps closer to your writing dreams.

This newsletter is designed to support you in your nonfiction writing.

It’s about growing your craft so you can finally pursue your writing dreams and goals.

Who writes this newsletter?

I’m Kelly Eden and I’ve been a professional/paid writer for over fourteen years (and an unpaid one for much longer!).

Many of those years, I’ve been a freelance writer for magazines and clients globally. My work has been published in Insider, Scary Mommy, Thought Catalog, YourTango, Mamamia, Apple News Spotlight, and many more.

Writing and teaching personal essays is my main focus at this stage in my career and my essays and creative nonfiction have won awards internationally.

I’m lucky enough to live on the West Coast of New Zealand with my family, right between the ocean and rainforest.

I love to help writers and authors reach their goals through private mentoring and online courses. Flick me an email at inspiredwriter.kelly@gmail.com if you want to chat about mentoring.

Every week a new edition of the newsletter, with tips, resources, inspiration, and ideas, goes directly to your inbox. It’s free and will always stay that way.

There is a self-paced introductory personal essay course with one-on-one feedback available and a new advanced course (limited numbers—email me if you’re interested).

If you are serious about taking your craft to the next level, take a look.

I’m happy to answer any questions too. Your writing dreams are what matter and I want you to get what you need to reach them!

Kelly
